It grants a multiple-entry stay of up to 5 years, with 180 days per entry. Each entry can be extended once for another 180 days at a local Immigration Office (fee: 1,900 THB). After that, depart and re-enter for a fresh 180-day period.

Evidence of your current country of stay, such as a valid visa, entry stamp, flight itinerary, or accommodation booking
Employment contract, employer certificate, or professional portfolio demonstrating remote work, freelance, digital nomad, or foreign talent status
Proof of participation, registration, appointment, or enrollment in an eligible Thai Soft Power activity
Copy of the DTV visa holder’s visa and proof of relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate, or adoption certificate)
